Brewer
The main brewer in the PG4 Restaurant Brewery is a German – Dipl. Braumeister Johannes Herbeg currently living in Gdańsk.
He gained his experience in countries such as Austria, Germany, Switzerland and the USA.
There are numerous types of beer all over the world.
They can be grouped by color or strength. The most commonly used classification is the fermentation method. In our offer, Johannes the Brewer brews both top and bottom-fermented beers. Our Brewer is certainly one of the most experienced authorities in this field, not only in Poland but also in Europe, a man with a passion for beer.
