On Saturday, July 26, our PG4 Brewery will host Pinsa Day – a culinary event inspired by Italian tradition and the flavors of Gdańsk.
What is pinsa?
It's a lighter, crispier alternative to pizza – baked on a long-fermented dough made from a flour mixture.
Unique in taste, unique in texture.
What awaits you on July 26th?
